Question: Is it safe for small children? Answer: The area is wild and wonderfully unbounded. Aultsigh has steep steps leading up to it which may not be suitable for small children or the elderly. Question:Where is the nearest place to buy firewood? Answer: A Five minute drive to the south of the the Pole cottages (10 minutes from Aultsign) is the glenmoriston store, visit www.glenmoristonstores.co.uk Opening Hours: Monday - Friday: 7.00 - 18.00 Saturday: 7.00 - 13.00 Sunday: 9.00 - 13.00 Question: Can I bring a dog? Answer: If it is pre arranged (a small fee will apply) Question: Do we need a car? Answer: Transportation is essential, cars can be rented in Inverness from Arnold Clarke for around £35 per day. Question: Can we drink the water? Answer: We recommend boiling or bottled water. Question: What is included? Answer: Fresh bedding and towels. |

Lovely cottage in a beautiful and convenient location. The whole family had a great week, from fishing and walking, to visiting castles and dolphin watching - with a comfortable cottage to come back to every evening.
